My Approach
Two decades of grounded, real-life experience and clinical psychological training have shaped my approach. I aim to create a space - both physical and digital - where people feel safe, respected, and truly heard. Everyone is unique and at a different developmental stage.
I use practices and techniques that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with psychodynamic conceptualization to create an approach tailored to you and your needs.
